Who we are
Holdout Desk ("we") builds risk-control software for traders. Contact: holdoutdesk@gmail.com.
Our internal reporting application
"Holdout Desk Automation" is an internal tool that we use only for our own business accounts. It connects, with read-only permissions, to:
- YouTube (YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API): views, watch time, average view duration, subscriber changes and per-video statistics of our own channel.
- Facebook and Instagram (Meta Graph API): reach, views, engagement, followers and post statistics of our own Page and Instagram account.
- TikTok (Login Kit and Display API, when connected): profile statistics and the list and statistics of our own videos.
The application does not post, edit or delete content, and it is not offered to other users.
What we collect and why
We collect only aggregated performance statistics of our own accounts, to produce internal business reports. We do not collect information about individual viewers.
Storage, sharing and retention
- Statistics are stored in a private database on our own computer, with encrypted credentials. Daily backups are kept for 14 days.
- We do not sell, rent or share this data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
- Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never published.
Google API Services
Holdout Desk Automation's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access and deletion
Access can be revoked at any time in the connected platform's security settings (for example Google account permissions). To have stored statistics deleted, email holdoutdesk@gmail.com; we delete them within 30 days.
Customers of our software
When you buy our products on MQL5 Market, the cTrader Store or Whop, payment and account data are handled by that marketplace under its own privacy policy. For licence delivery we receive only what the marketplace provides and what you choose to send us (for example your trading account number). We never ask for passwords.
